이용약관 및 최종 사용자 사용권 계약

1. 앱 사용권

개발자는 사용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 Apple 기기에서 App Store 규칙과 이 약관에 따라 앱을 사용할 수 있는 개인적이고 제한적이며 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없는 사용권을 부여합니다. 앱 또는 콘텐츠의 소유권이 사용자에게 이전되는 것은 아닙니다.

2. Pro Access와 자동 갱신 구독

Pro Access는 전체 문제·해설·모의고사·오답 및 학습 기능에 대한 접근을 제공합니다. 판매되는 상품, 기간, 현지 가격, 무료 체험 또는 할인 조건은 구매 직전 앱의 결제 화면과 Apple 구매 확인 화면에 표시됩니다.

Pro Access가 없어도 최대 10개 고유 문제를 풀 수 있으며, 이미 푼 무료 문제와 해당 학습 기록은 계속 복습할 수 있습니다.

• 결제는 구매 확인 시 사용자의 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다.
• 자동 갱신 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 갱신될 수 있습니다.
• 갱신 금액은 현재 기간 종료 전 Apple 계정에 청구될 수 있습니다.
• 무료 체험은 자격이 있는 사용자에게만 적용되며, 취소하지 않으면 표시된 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다.
• 상품의 이용 가능 여부와 가격은 App Store 국가 또는 지역에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.

구독은 Apple 구독 관리에서 확인하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 환불 요청과 결제 기록은 Apple 정책 및 절차에 따릅니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구독이 자동 취소되지는 않습니다.

3. 구매 복원과 접근 권한

앱은 RevenueCat을 사용해 App Store 구매를 검증하고 Pro Access 권한을 확인합니다. 같은 Apple ID로 지원되는 기기에서 구매 복원을 시도할 수 있습니다. 네트워크, App Store 상태, 보류 중인 결제 또는 계정 상태에 따라 권한 확인이 지연될 수 있습니다.

4. 학습 콘텐츠와 시험 결과

앱은 대한민국 컴퓨터활용능력 1급 필기시험 준비를 돕는 학습 보조 도구입니다. 문제와 해설은 출제기준과 공개 공식 자료를 참고해 독자적으로 제작했으며, 합격이나 특정 점수를 보장하지 않습니다. 실제 시험 일정, 접수, 출제기준, 프로그램 버전과 규정은 시험 시행기관의 최신 공지를 직접 확인해야 합니다.

5. 독립 앱과 제3자 자료

이 앱은 대한상공회의소, Microsoft 또는 다른 시험 시행기관의 공식 앱이 아닙니다. 기관명, 제품명과 외부 링크는 학습 범위 설명과 출처 확인을 위해 사용되며, 제휴·보증·후원 또는 승인을 의미하지 않습니다. 외부 사이트와 서비스에는 해당 운영자의 약관이 적용됩니다.

6. 허용되지 않는 사용

법령상 허용되는 경우를 제외하고 앱이나 콘텐츠를 무단 복제, 재배포, 판매, 대여, 역설계하거나 보안·결제·접근 제어를 우회해서는 안 됩니다. 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 앱을 사용할 수 없습니다.

7. 지식재산권

앱의 독자 제작 문제, 해설, 편집 구성, 디자인과 소프트웨어에 대한 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 링크된 외부 자료, 상표와 제품명은 각 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

8. 유지보수와 지원

개발자는 이 약관과 적용 법령이 요구하는 범위에서 앱 유지보수와 지원을 담당합니다. Apple은 앱의 유지보수나 지원 서비스를 제공할 의무가 없습니다. 지원은 지원 페이지를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 보증과 책임 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 앱은 “있는 그대로” 및 “제공 가능한 상태로” 제공됩니다. 개발자는 모든 콘텐츠가 항상 최신이거나 오류가 없고, 서비스가 중단되지 않거나 특정 목적에 적합하다고 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 사용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다. 소비자에게 법률상 보장된 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

10. 제품 관련 청구와 지식재산권 청구

앱 또는 사용과 관련된 제품 책임, 법적 준수, 소비자 보호 또는 지식재산권 청구는 이 약관과 적용 법령에 따라 개발자가 처리합니다. Apple은 해당 청구의 책임자가 아닙니다.

11. 법적 준수와 제3자 수익자

사용자는 미국 정부의 금수조치 대상 지역에 있지 않고 금지·제한 당사자 명단에 포함되지 않았음을 확인합니다. Apple과 그 자회사는 이 약관의 제3자 수익자이며, 사용자가 약관을 수락한 후 Apple은 제3자 수익자로서 이 약관을 집행할 권리를 가집니다.

12. 약관 변경과 연락처

1. License

The developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and App Store rules. No ownership of the app or its content is transferred to you.

These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA. Apple's required terms control to the extent of any conflict.

2. Pro Access and auto-renewable subscriptions

Pro Access unlocks the full question, explanation, mock-exam, wrong-answer, and study feature set. Available products, duration, localized price, and any trial or discount are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy.

Without Pro Access, you may solve up to 10 unique questions and continue reviewing those free questions and their saved study history.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• An auto-renewable subscription may renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple account may be charged for renewal before the current period ends.
• A free trial applies only to eligible users and converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled.
• Availability and price may vary by App Store country or region.

View or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription management. Refund requests and billing history are governed by Apple's policies. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

3. Restoration and entitlement

The app uses RevenueCat to validate App Store purchases and determine Pro Access. You may attempt to restore purchases on supported devices using the same Apple ID. Entitlement updates may be delayed by connectivity, App Store status, pending payment, or account conditions.

4. Study content and exam results

The app is a study aid for the Korean Computer Specialist Level 1 written exam. Original questions and explanations are prepared with reference to published syllabi and public source materials. The app does not guarantee passing or any score. You are responsible for checking current dates, registration requirements, syllabus, software versions, and rules with the exam operator.

5. Independent app and third parties

The app is not an official app of KORCHAM, Microsoft, or any exam operator. Organization names, product names, and links are used to describe study scope and sources and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval. Third-party terms apply when you use external sites or services.

6. Acceptable use

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or bypass security, payment, or access controls for the app or its content. You may not interfere with operation of the app or use it to violate law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in the app's original questions, explanations, editorial structure, design, and software belong to the developer or the applicable rights holder. Linked materials, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners.

8. Maintenance and support

The developer is responsible for maintenance and support as described here or required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Contact us through the support page.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not warrant that all content will always be current or error-free, that access will be uninterrupted, or that the app is fit for a particular purpose. Liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Product and intellectual-property claims

The developer, not Apple, is responsible under these terms and applicable law for claims concerning the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual-property claims.

11. Legal compliance and third-party beneficiary

You represent that you are not in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed as a prohibited or restricted party. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them after your acceptance.

12. Changes and contact
