Pro Access 구매 복원

1. 구매할 때 사용한 것과 같은 Apple ID로 기기에 로그인했는지 확인합니다.
2. 앱을 열고 Pro 화면 또는 더보기 화면에서 구매 복원을 선택합니다.
3. 네트워크 연결을 확인하고 App Store 확인이 끝날 때까지 기다립니다.

구매가 보류 중이거나 결제수단 확인이 필요한 경우 Apple 계정 상태를 먼저 확인해 주세요. 복원 후에도 잠금 상태라면 구매 날짜, 상품명과 오류 화면을 보내 주세요. 전체 영수증 번호나 결제수단 정보는 가리고 보내도 됩니다.

구독 취소와 환불

구독 확인·변경·취소는 Apple 구독 관리에서 할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독이 자동으로 취소되지는 않습니다. 결제 환불은 Apple이 처리하므로 Apple 문제 신고에서 요청해 주세요.

문항·해설·출처 제보

문제, 보기, 정답, 해설 또는 공식 출처 링크가 잘못되었거나 오래되었다고 생각되면 문항 ID, 해당 화면 캡처와 판단 근거를 보내 주세요. 앱은 상시검정 기출 원문을 복제하지 않고 공개 출제기준을 바탕으로 독자 문제를 제작합니다.

학습 기록과 개인정보 요청

학습 진도, 오답, 별표와 개인 메모는 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱의 초기화 기능을 사용하거나 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 기록을 제거할 수 있습니다. 개발자가 보유한 지원 이메일 정보의 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 제목에 “개인정보 요청”이라고 적어 이메일로 보내 주세요.

Restore Pro Access

1. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
2. Open the Pro or More screen in the app and select Restore purchases.
3. Confirm network access and wait for App Store verification to finish.

If a payment is pending or requires billing verification, review your Apple account status first. If access remains locked, send the purchase date, product name, and a screenshot of the error. You may redact full receipt or payment details.

Cancel a subscription or request a refund

View, change, or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem.

Report a question, explanation, or source

If a question, option, answer, explanation, or source link appears incorrect or outdated, include the question ID, a screenshot, and your supporting reference. The app creates original practice material from public syllabus topics and does not reproduce confidential continuously administered exam questions.

Study data and privacy requests

Progress, wrong answers, bookmarks, and personal notes are stored on your device. Use the app's reset controls or delete the app to remove local records. To request access, correction, or deletion of support-email information held by the developer, email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject.
