개인정보처리방침

1. 앱에서 저장하는 정보

앱은 계정 가입을 요구하지 않습니다. 온보딩 답변, 언어 설정, 학습 진도, 선택한 답, 점수, 오답·별표 상태, 개인 메모와 복습 예정일은 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장될 수 있습니다. 이 로컬 학습 기록은 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

현재 앱에는 광고 SDK, 제3자 행동 분석 SDK, 위치 추적 또는 교차 앱 추적 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

2. Pro Access 구매

결제는 Apple App Store가 처리하며 개발자는 카드 번호나 Apple ID 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 RevenueCat을 사용해 상품 정보와 구매 상태를 확인하고, 구독 권한을 제공하며, 구매 복원을 처리합니다.

이 과정에서 Apple과 RevenueCat은 구매 내역, 상품 및 거래 식별자, 영수증 정보, 익명 앱 사용자 식별자, 기기 종류·운영체제와 같은 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 정보는 Pro Access 제공, 구매 검증, 부정 사용 방지와 서비스 운영을 위해 사용됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Apple 개인정보 보호정책과 RevenueCat 개인정보 보호정책을 확인해 주세요.

3. 지원 이메일

사용자가 지원 이메일을 보내면 개발자는 이메일 주소와 사용자가 직접 제공한 내용, 첨부 이미지 등을 받습니다. 이 정보는 문의 답변, 구매·복원 문제 확인, 문항 오류 조사와 필요한 지원 기록 관리에 사용됩니다. 비밀번호, 전체 결제수단 번호 또는 민감한 개인정보는 이메일에 포함하지 마세요.

4. 웹사이트 호스팅

이 웹사이트는 Google Firebase Hosting으로 제공됩니다. Firebase Hosting은 사이트 전송, 보안과 오용 방지를 위해 접속 IP 주소와 기술 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 및 보안 안내를 확인해 주세요. 이 사이트는 자체 광고 쿠키나 행동 분석 스크립트를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 외부 링크와 공식 자료

앱과 웹사이트에는 대한상공회의소, Microsoft, 국가법령정보센터와 다른 공공기관의 공개 자료 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 외부 사이트를 열면 해당 운영자의 개인정보처리방침과 이용 조건이 적용됩니다.

6. 보유 기간과 삭제

• 로컬 학습 기록은 앱에서 초기화하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다.
• 지원 이메일은 문의 처리와 합리적인 기록 보관에 필요한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• Apple과 RevenueCat이 처리하는 구매 기록은 각 서비스의 법적·계약상 보존 기준에 따릅니다.

개발자가 보유한 지원 문의 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청하려면 사용한 이메일 주소에서 연락해 주세요. 거래 기록이나 App Store 계정 정보는 개발자가 직접 삭제할 수 없으며 Apple 또는 해당 처리자에게 요청해야 할 수 있습니다.

7. 국외 처리

Apple, RevenueCat과 Google은 대한민국 밖의 서버 또는 사업자를 통해 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 각 사업자는 자체 정책과 적용 법령에 따라 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 운영합니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 자격시험 학습용이며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 보호자 동의 없이 아동의 개인정보가 지원 문의를 통해 제공되었다고 판단되면 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요.

9. 독립 앱 고지

컴활온 1급은 대한상공회의소, Microsoft 또는 다른 시험 시행기관의 공식 앱이 아니며, 해당 기관의 보증·후원·승인을 의미하지 않습니다.

10. 방침 변경과 연락처

1. Information stored by the app

The app does not require an account. Onboarding answers, language preference, study progress, selected answers, scores, wrong-answer and bookmark status, personal notes, and review dates may be stored locally on your device. This local study record is not sent to the developer's server.

The current app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party behavioral analytics, location tracking, or cross-app tracking.

2. Pro Access purchases

Apple processes payments through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment-card number or Apple ID password. The app uses RevenueCat to load products, validate purchase status, provide subscription access, and restore purchases.

Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, receipt information, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical information such as device type and operating system. This information is used to provide Pro Access, validate purchases, prevent abuse, and operate the service. See Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3. Support email

If you contact support, the developer receives your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer the request, investigate purchase restoration or content reports, and maintain reasonable support records. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive information.

4. Website hosting

This website is delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Firebase Hosting may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and secure the site and detect abuse. See Firebase Privacy and Security. This website does not use its own advertising cookies or behavioral analytics scripts.

5. External links

The app and website may link to public materials from KORCHAM, Microsoft, Korean government services, and other source owners. Their privacy policies and terms apply when you open their websites.

6. Retention, deletion, and choices

• Local study records remain on your device until you reset them or delete the app.
• Support emails may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer requests and keep support records.
• Purchase records handled by Apple and RevenueCat follow their legal and contractual retention requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion of support information held by the developer, email us from the address used for the request. The developer cannot directly delete App Store account or transaction records controlled by Apple or another processor.

7. International processing

Apple, RevenueCat, and Google may process information using servers or service providers outside South Korea. Each provider applies safeguards under its own policies and applicable law.

8. Children

This certification-study app is not designed specifically for children under 14. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent personal information through support without appropriate consent, please contact us to request deletion.

9. Independent app notice

ComhwalOn Level 1 is not an official app of KORCHAM, Microsoft, or any exam operator. References to those organizations do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval.

10. Changes and contact
